The OG Gangster Crew

I have a small place where we can start up. Recruiting newbies as well.

The Crew will engage in gang activity which will involve extorting neighbours, being involved in the sales of drugs such as alcohol/boar snuff/hemp/tobacco, killing/beating up gang rivals or enemies and engaging in other gang activity.

We will have a hierarchy of command which consists of:

1) OG (The Boss, total authority over every gang member and activity)
2) Shot caller/Top shotta (INcharge of 2 Capo's, have direct contact with the boss and handle the long term strategic goals of the gang. Take orders from the OG and put the plans into action. In-charge of sales and production of goods)
3) Capo (In-change of his own crew, handles the day to day runnings of the gang and takes orders normally from the Shot callers. In-charge of sales and productions of goods within his own crew but senior members have final says)
4) Hussler (Veteran member of the gang, trains and teaches the "Youngens" and takes care of gang business. Normally takes orders from the Capo and some may also act as the gangs hitmen)
5) Youngen (Is a new member to the gang, he is assigned a Hussler who teaches him the ropes. Is involved in construction, farming and etc)

Additional rank/honours

Balla: Close companion of the OG or Top Shotta
Homie: Associate of the gang but not an official member
Slanger: An associate who trades with the gang
