Making a Village - Need People

I'm making a new village with my friend, we need people to work here and help build it. We have almost all (natural) resources avaliables, and a mine hole (cant mine now)
Now, its only a medium-size grassland, but we will play seriously to make it strong.

If you want to enter, check if you are:

ºAbove 14 years
ºNot newbie (if you know how to survive without being dependent of you village, and if you make considerable progress on the game, you are ok)
ºBe able to speak english
ºSkype account (no voice chat required)
ºCan play 4+ hours per day
ºPatient and obey perfectly, we dont want someone who dont work and simply stay afk when online only gathering our curios.

I would like to aply, i get a boar accident recently im going to start from 0 again, the nomad life was fun but share experience with some other people would be nice.
As for the requirments let me see.
-22 years old.
-UA fox killer(from there the boar accident,wasnt ready yet hehe).
-I dont use skype often but i know how to use it if need.
-English speaker as you should guessed,not my language tho im from spain.

I believe what Colin is tryin to say is the 4+ hr a day req, may be a lil steep, for those who are just starting a new village. 4+ hour requirement is more along the lines of a well established major faction.

Yes, but i dont want people which enter in 3 - 3 days only to refill curios.
