Starting new village, best opportunity for noobs

I am starting a new village and recruiting a few people. I will provide protection in exchange for your labor. You must help construct walls around the town and do simple tasks. You will have access to town supplies which will make it much easier for you to gain experience. I don't ask you to donate all of your time, in fact, you can work as little as you want. Contributors will be guaranteed a spot in the village after the walls are finished being constructed. No hearth fires are allowed inside the village until the basic structure is finished, because they get in the way of construction and they are tough to remove.
