...for a week, and then come back. such is the way of hazzor.

o.o i've not stopped playing for more than a week at any one time i'd say, most of my characters end not by death or raid but other stuff, original bear claw was never really raided, everyone just kept getting killed because of our unlucky proximity to ainran, they said they'd never raid us but they kill anyone they don't know so whatever, then i lived as a hermit for a fair while, then in karun ang, which got abandoned (sort of, i see it in ICA all the time though), maze invited me to Anabru, except that actually meant he invited me to run my own town right next to anabru, which was odd and kind of boring, then the guy i was there with got killed by someone from Dis and the constant Dis activity around anabru made me pick up and leave, again i lived as a hermit for a while, sort of nomadic style, talking to people and having new people stay with me, then i lived with Btaylor for a while but he left for that EQmac thing not long ago, now i live here, i think i've had 2 mains die this world and a village i own has never been raided.

most of the villages i see are on the water's edge, i don't see it as so much of a problem, it's also actually really hard at this point to find a decent place that can't be seen from any water, too many rivers...
Oh boy, here I go cheesemaking again...
