lol

who asked for free curios? But if you expect me to cook up LCs of food or harvest Mega rows of crops or whatnot, then i'm gonna have to have curios. otherwise i'm gonna have to get the curios(either be foraging or crafting) before I can do what the village needs me to do.

nobody can call me a freeloader, as i bust my ass at every village i am in.

Eemerald wrote:joo why dont you start your own town with like minded people, if its been so difficult finding a suitable town?

because the mechanics of starting a village is a lil too much I want to do.

It's like when we talked, I think you and I are Very like minded on village concepts it's just your politics is what I cannot agree on, which is a shame for i believe your village and me could had been a great match. but it is what it is.

yep i agree, which is why it bugs me each time i see you applying for a village, cause i can see you fitting in well with how our village works. politics dont effect our gaming style, but i guess it bugs you so its your choice.
either way good luck

The whole no Dis/Ainran thing bugs me every time that I see your topic. You want a peaceful village that's well-off, has a BW and all of that good stuff, yet you want to avoid Dis/Ainran completely like they don't exist. Honestly you're better off joining Em. If you want to avoid Dis/Ainran, be allied with them. If you want to see them more often, start a successful village and don't be allied.

I like ya mate, but I think you're too damned picky. Scents happen. People fight and run down others and get ran down. I mean, if this game doesn't have combat and the "black skills" you freak about...what the hell are playing? Farmville. Freakin' farmville with permadeath.

Honestly, while costly as hell when I die, no other game has had my bloody pumping like freakin' crazy than when I am being chased or vice versa.

I think the point is not to run around leaving scents for no good reason. That gets you killed.

If you don't like someones demands, flaming isn't the best way to express your opinions.

They are the top factions, but how they got there. . . well i've said my peace many a time so i'll not do it again. With that said, why would i want to bring any village that's allied with them trouble? mayby they never show up at that village, but the villagers there have a positive attitude towards them. eventually it would cause in-fighting or i'll be kicked out with nothing but what i can carry(if i'm not killed or have to kill my way to get out) if they do show up i'm thinkin most likely that one of them is gonna say something. which puts us right back at the beginning.

Mayby i am too picky. I like to be the good guy, the Knight in shining Armor and whatnot. you can attest that i worked my ass off at your village and possibly kept your main forager alive(him thinking if he had no hearth fire and leaving scents he be safe!) But policies change and what not. I cannot condone what your new policy change was nor could i condone leaving myself open(no wall or claim) so i left and we stayed as neutral friends. But if you think this game is all bout the black skills and running down helpless noobs, or better yet giving the stolen goods to you know who because you all didnt want to handle it. Remember on Scype when i said, that's bogus, lets handle it ourselves??? hell day 1 you and I were out there talkin to ole polish dude when his first words to me was. "you thief, you die!" that shit is kewl and all because we did the right thing and they tried to extort us, i would had been right there with ya Razin thier shitty village(fuck i was damn near biting at the bit saying, lets take a trip down there). but no, we gave back most of the "stolen" goods and the other "stolen" goods we gave to you know who. I can't play that way m8. never could, never will.

i think you over think it. as much as we're allied with them (sorry to ainran and Dis guys/girls) we dont discuss them endlessly int he village. most of the people ive recruited have been at some point attacked/killed/raided by one of the factions be it this world or last, my town included, which was attacked by NNN last world towards the end of the world.

We also do not get anyone from Ainran or Dis really coming to the village, we are not involved in their projects or anything they do. heck apart from maybe 1 person in ainran and 1 person from Dis i dont even communicate with anyone else from the two factions. so there wouldnt be any in fighting and there wouldnt be huge arguments about the relationship, nor are you likely to ever see them.

and we dont kill anyone, even those we exile, we dont harm or kill, least of all over stupid arguments and differences of opinion.

having said that, good luck in your new town:)

Lenny, I'm not flaming. I know the OP from before and he knows I'm not just rippin' on him. He just prefers to be mad peaceful (but does bust his ass in his own cookery way) to the point that even abandoned villages with a ragequitter's pclaim on'em are off limits.

Joojoo, on the side, my forager was tracked due a friend's scents I was boatin' with. Ya got me there! But meh, it is what it is! :D

Smiles and slaughter!
