What are people complaining about? The long probation period? I never heard about this village before seeing this thread, but it seems like a great idea security-wise.

This is WAYY to much to expect from people. Lots of people join villages so they can reach higher levels like that.

Their recruitment method is very sensible, you'll find that all the bigger villages employ similar tactics to weed out the lazy spys or wastes of flesh looking for a free ride.
