the whole vague 'i'll do anything', is so over done and in gneral people like specific jobs and dislike others. I've had people say the same thing, and when i direct them to a job i need filling it turns out theyd rather do something else or get bored quickly of it. so it doesnt work.
So no, no one require your personal life story or personal real life details, dont worry.

I like farming, cooking, hunting, and generally just crafting things. Those are my preferred jobs. However, I won't complain about doing other jobs. The only real dislike I have about this game is the curio system, though I suppose those make for great objects to trade.
