yes bear capes do, but i dont it'll be enough to mine lvl 5..unless u add some jewellery and necklace etc.

Actually, level 120 pickaxes help a lot too. Combine that with going full barbarian, wearing a bear cape and talisman and you probably haven't got far to go although I would suggest 100+ to successfully mine level 5 - that you can get in a couple of hours if the food is already available.

Mining and making cheese are probably the fastest things to get going on as they don't require lp, which is good because you seem to have slotted all your lp so far into ant-killing stats.
