i actually have enough now, its jsut an old thread which keeps being resurrected. but yes generally cooks and farmers are in short supply. but i have a great group right now:)

I am bumping this thread for two reasons:

1. I need a full time cook for the town
2. I need someone who doesn't mind doing slave labour based jobs (farming spam fields, brickburning, collecting logs, etc etc)

Please keep in mind I do NOT recruit anyone under the age of 18. You can lie and say you are over 18, but it will show.

Normally recruiting procedure is in a few steps:

1. You contact me with answers to the general questions, about age, location, how long you've played etc etc
2. I will respond to you according to that application whether u're under consideration or not- During this stage I will be checking your forum history, and asking relevant people about you as a player etc. If you have no history or no one knows you, then it's an issue.
3. If you do get past that stage then you must have Skype for a group interview with the rest of my villagers, they will just get to know you a little more. The most important thing for me in my town is that my villagers gel well together and work well together, so I base the first part on my opinion of how well you might fit in and then they make the rest of the judgement.
4. If you get through the group interview, then you will have a 2 week trial period to ensure you've settled well etc.

It is a long process, so bear with me. please keep in mind i'm looking for specific players for the above roles, I do not need miners or hunters or fighters or whatever else, i'm only looking for a cook and someone willing to do a little slave labour which could be the same person, as we all do jobs and still do the crappy things no one really wants to do
