It's definitely on that page, once you click "How-To" at the top of the page.

Here's a little tip: the web browser you are probably using likely has a text search function. Press Ctrl+F, or F3, to open it, and then type in "Public Chat."

Hey, me and my best friend are looking for some civilization, we are bored playing both alone, and we spawned at a horrible place, A SWAMP.

We are both productive, we try playing almost everyday when we both have some little spare time.
we both learned most of the game wiki, the problem is we are blocked by the less of the resources and unable to expand or develop, again due to lack of resources or civilization.

i believe we will be very needed and productive in the farming, hunting and developing the village/settlement of yours.

we friendly, non grief, respecting, work great in mid-large teams, honest and helpful players.
just trying to get away with the real life boredom for a little, so we apply here so the game itself wont be as much boring.
Our both gender is male, although personally i don't give a single flying fuck about being a cumdumpster.
