That's a requirement I had him throw in there. And he is posting on his main. It is not by any means an odd requirement or hypocritical at all considering I am the one interviewing.

This seems like a pretty unintelligible response to me. Let me elaborate this for you a bit. Most raiders do not go through the effort to make thirty shitposts in a few days to join a village. Even most newbie won't go for this method. Thirty posts is enough for me to make a few judgement calls as well as make sure the user has a slight reputation.
