I don't see how that's hypocritical at all. Everyone talks about all these rules for making a village and recruiting for one. Is is smart for a recruiter to ask someone to have an established forum name before letting them come to their village or not?

because he/she is telling others to post on main while he/she doesnt?
and if that is his/her main, why does he/she think "over 30" post count makes it an established name?

That's a requirement I had him throw in there. And he is posting on his main. It is not by any means an odd requirement or hypocritical at all considering I am the one interviewing.

This seems like a pretty unintelligible response to me. Let me elaborate this for you a bit. Most raiders do not go through the effort to make thirty shitposts in a few days to join a village. Even most newbie won't go for this method. Thirty posts is enough for me to make a few judgement calls as well as make sure the user has a slight reputation.
