and ummm...i jsut like people who do their job and follow basic rules. i dont think theres a ton expected in general and when people have a similar mindset to how we work it works easily and flows nicely.

I am opening recruitment again. I am mainly looking for farmers and a cook

same rules apply as opening page, currently the town isnt as active due to Salem's beta release, so anyone applying, i might take some time to respond, i do not want to intergrate anyone into the town until next week sometime, so please dont bug me if pm's about joining right now.

screening process will still count, and this does take time, if you have people who can vouch for you it makes things easier and quicker to sort through.

What kind of skill value are you looking for in your cooks/farmers?

I've been a hermit for months but I've got curios stocked to level an alt quickly with flotsams and boletes. Just need an idea of what level you're looking for.

we'd happily help anyone who was playing as a hermit or newb with curios and food to get to the levels required.

For farming we're looking for someone who can level to 200+
and cooking at least 100 with perc at the same level

its not difficult to achieve, we've done it in a couple of weeks from newly spawned charachters who have joined the town, so if ure interested let me know:)
