Yeah I'm still interested and willing to help. I had set backs too [modem died] so couldn't respond for a while.

Ditto - strangely enough including the modem problems (spooky).
With regard to the steel - again set backs due to unforseen events, i've explained to Em, so she can fill you in.
But if you still want labour, no problems there.
