80% of my best experiences in HnH was with female (RL) players so i am sure this can work very well...

I'm hoping it goes well too. even though no one has applied, other than the 2 major political leaders in game. I want this to work, and I want people to know i am not trolling.

It won't work because female players are either happy in their village or don't read the forums, not to mention they are a minority of the player base. I mean, you are REALLY limited in your recruiting options. Besides, you can never tell if they are IRL female. Why not just make a village where all the characters that people play as are females? Of course then you'll have a mix of girls and faggots...
