Looking for a villiage to live close by

Hi I am a player from the world we just lost :( and its time to start again :)
I would like to be able to start close to someone who will be intent on building and expanding their location.
ideally this will mean I will have someone close by I know and can trade with and such.
anyone who can help please PM :)
