Settlment recruiting.
All professions welcome.
Noobs and pros alike will be accepted, only requirement is that you're a nice fella. We have no problem training noobies.
PM me for more info if you're interested.

Edit: We have grown substantially over the past week, however we would like about 2-3 more villagers. We require ventrilo, however you do not need a microphone.
Edit 2: We will have a village idol up by the end of the day.
Edit 3: We now have a mine and a village idol.

I can promise you training noobs, while at first may look fun, will wear you down really quickly.
Lets say it drains stamina quicker than swimming.
Better bring a bunch of experienced guys to even it out if you're set on getting noobs as well.

We do have experienced players as well, and having trained 3 noobs it's really not that bad and they turn out to generally be much more fun to play with instead of the pros. But maybe I've just gotten good people. Only time will tell!

Thats a great pro of experienced people/pro's (lol) as well, they will usually not turn out to be bad people (Ofcourse you have the added benefit of reading their way bigger post history as well to 'get to know them' in a certain way). If you want stuff done, roll with experienced people, if you want to have fun teaching new guys, still carefully pick em.
