Small settlement recruiting experienced players.

We (my group) own a small settlement with some decent resources and some metal and I am looking for a small number of people to live and work here with us.
I am looking for (preferably people I know) players with plenty experience, who can fend for themselves and actively contribute to a settlement.

I'd be happy to break my back for you. I've got really nothing to do lately and I'd like to play HnH but there's no one recruiting me :\
