Settlement looking for people

I'll tell a little bit about the settlement first, So I dont currently have a village idol, but it's are fully claimed and pallisaded.
Currently only a few in the settlement due to a couple going inactive, personally my main character has several jobs since we we're only a small group, with mainly being a farmer but also having sewing and cooking as secondary roles with a hunter alt just been started
We welcome anyone from the UK and US/Canada timezones
Not gonna ask for 18+, although it would be a benefit to be 16+ all we ask is for maturity.

Situated at the base of a mountain at the join of the 2 forests, with 3 swaps close by, there are also mudflats and a few types of grasslands within a close range, at a safe range from any lakes or rivers although it wouldnt take too long to reach the closest one.
The settlement itself has a few Timber Houses one of which is aa storehouse, a nicely sized farm which has the majority of crops now, a small leatherowking area, and then a larger crafting area.
It's fully pallisaded and p.claimed and we have plenty of space around us for new houses and eventually if we want to expand the settlement.

We do run my own voice chat server (Mumble) which we use to chat on, although this is not required it makes playing a bit easier.

Ok so what we're looking for is new recruits who would be willing to fill the below roles.

Currently, i could use a second farmer to help me out.
Other roles need filling are:
Chef/Baker
Hunter
Miner
Forager
Lumberjack/Carpenter
Fighters

Some of the above would maybe need 2 people to do, but also some things like foraging, everyone could do to an extent.

I am mature and i will obey orders as long as i'm not being fritend or pushed to do something...I like nice and formal people to begin witht then whilse i get to know people i wouldn't mind a little laugh. I am willing be a farmer then when i've done my job as an everyday thing i wouldn't mind foraging for my benefit to get LP so i can develope me character, i'm not too interested in mining cause of the consequences that can happen but if i am told if we despratly need ore like if we were gonna be raided and we needed resources i'll be willing to help.
