Vet looking for village.

I've been around since late W3, I've done any possible role since then but I favor farming with small plots to raise Q as high as possible. I prefer villages with a decent active playerbase (10+) who are social and speak proper English. Here's some more info about me :

Age : 19
Nationality : Dutch
Activity : Varies, but after being hit by a car I'm currently sitting at home with not much to do until I recover. I try to be online as much as possible!
Current farming skill : 86, aiming to reach 200 ASAP just to get it started

I can bring along some items, but it wouldn't be much. I would prefer a village with a Vclaim up so I can teleport to it and not have to travel for hours (Yes. I'm lazy.)
