Looking for villagers

after 11/11/11 (skyrim release date) half of our village member gone inactive for a while and finally quite H&Hso we are looking for new villagers to join us.
our village have palisade up, a cave, enough harden leathers for minehole as well as village idol, it located next to a mountain and far away from river enough to not gets spoted by raider, right now we are collecting resources for brick wall, we almost got enough iron to make the brick wall (will be done within this weekend) but still needs some help with collecting bricks.

Requirements:
-Be active atleast 1 to 2 hours a day in workdays and 4 to 5 hours a day in weekend.
-Speak English (don't have to be fluent since me and some of our villager isn't speak English as a main language)
-Be mature.
-Willing to make new character or you have to relocated your old character. (i'll tell you the coord)
-Can work as a team.
-A fast learner and can figured stuff out using wiki by yourself when we are not online.
-Didn't rage quite the game if you get killed.

9+ hours a weekend? That's madness. Ha, I could see myself dedicating tops of an hour a day. *sigh*. How some of you can play this long is beyond me. I could ask around though, I think I may know some people that might be interested and played this much. xD
