Sorry for the double post about recruiting for my village but that one wasn't written very good. If accepted you will go through a stage where you are not yet accepted and live outside the villages main population until completely accepted. Once you are accepted you will take up the role you requested, and eventually get your own plot of land sized 9 x 9. Once accepted you can also use whatever you need that is owned by the village. On your plot you can't have mine-holes or personal claims.
