Moved the topic to the correct section for recruiting people. However you shouldn't make a public spawning hearthsecret like this. It will definitely backfire and people whom you really don't want around an emerging city will spawn and ruin everything for you. Recruit by carefully choosing players applying to you with some personal information etc. You might want to write a little post about your village, its ambitions and so on as well.
