Miner/smithy and Aspiring Farmer/animal tamer LFV (Closed)

Hello, Me and my Friend who I recently introduced to H&H are looking for a village to join. We speak English and are PST – Pacific Standard Time

I am a Miner/blacksmith with full Industry but still in the process of Raising my STR. I also have a fair amount of Exploration to find my own RustRoots. and other stats for self sustainability, because right now its just me and him living alone in a mini-village. I have all the skills Necessary for a blacksmith, Steel-making etc, but my Smithing Attribute could use alot of raising still for I focused on Exploration and right now on Marksmanship so I could hunt. you could say I'm not a Pro at H&H but I am fairly Experienced.

My Partner like I said is fairly new to H&H but I've been coaching him and pumping him with Curios. He is Aspiring to be a Farmer/Animal Tamer. He is aiming for Farmer because I went full Industry, he is going full Nature so we can still farm. As for animal Tamer he has no true experience with, so I'll end up coaching him on that as well, and it would probably be for personal use.

Our only Requirements are Good quality clay (q30 + if at all possible,) good soil (q40-60 + if possible,) a Mine (if Multiple-layered and has good Quality ore, not Required but preferred,) we would prefer a plot to live in, we can share if necessary, and if not possible we can build one outside the walls (also we want a walled Village with a decent amount of members) and build walls around it. Finally our professions can vary a little, my Partner can be something completely different if needed for he is not pro in any area yet, however I'd be best used as a Miner/blacksmith and maybe a mix of something else.
