Village has been Sold

Postby jordancoles » Sat Feb 04, 2012 1:03 pm

I've taken over a small village claim and I am going to allow other players to live within its walls. The settlement currently has a male cow, many sheep, 2 pigs, chicken coops, all(?) crops, a silkery that is able to be started, ovens, kilns, and crossroads. All behind a cute little palisade.

I mostly want the LS position for the silly hat and the transportation route, so villagers will mainly be living for each-other. I may pop in to drop off care packages and whatnot from time to time and you will be well protected. The village also has a cave just outside its walls with a rather large system. This village is ideal for people who wish to work as a team. A brick wall corner-post can be built if the villagers decide they'd like to take on the project. Though I will not be in the village on a daily basis, I will step in if I hear that specific villagers are causing problems. I'd like as little drama as possible. I go based on what the other villagers as a whole tell me, so don't think that because I'm not around you won't get caught. We've had one thief so far and I've instructed the villagers on how to better protect themselves. You will not live long if I hear you are a cog in the wheel simply because I don't care very much.

That being said, if you are interested in joining post here with the following details:

I dunno, I'm trying to be a more dedicated student so I'm not sure if I can put in the hours I used to for steel and such. I'll just end up doing what I end up doing. Flow like a leaf on the wind.

A total of 3 atm, recruitment hasn't officially begun yet. Will hopefully start by the end of the day.

I now have control over the idol and recruitment has begun. If you are porting with your character you will need to break your own hearthfire in order to port to the village. You will need a minimum of 25 strength and a stone axe to do this.

APPLICATION:
Age: 23
What timezone are you: EST (Florida specifically)
What language(s) do you speak: English
What country are you from: USA
During which hours of the day do you play the most and for how long: Varies. On in between college 1-4 hours. My schedule changes every 28 days.
-----------
Experience/Past Villages: No past villages. Just started playing today.
Current Stats/Attributes (Don't even post them if they're below 20-30): Not worth mentioning.
Profession Requested: Interested in mining, then farming, then combat, but I'll do whatever is needed. Not that picky.
Most Signifigant Accomplishments: Does getting owned on 3 new chars cause of poor hearth spawns count? :-p
Other/Any questions you may have about the village: None at the moment. I'm sure those will pop up later.

Also, I should just mention, I am currently a student studying programming, so schedule changes often. However, I've played many, many mmo's and such,
so I pick them up pretty quick. I am NOT the griefer/backstaber type, and I do not care to work with those that are (I'm more inclined to kill one should
I see one). It sounds like this village is not that type, so yeah :). Any questions just ask.
