MMO Vet LF Village and Experienced Mature Players

Postby shyrobi » Tue Mar 06, 2012 6:53 am

Looking for some mature players possibly with vent who will allow me to grow my character and have some good laughs via vent/skype/teamspeak etc..

Started a week ago Friday.

In a village for 4 days now and, quite frankly, I don't feel safe. 3 players died from raiders, one came back one left so it's me and another player who is non existent.

As for stats, I have none really other than (15) farming (which I do enjoy btw!), (10) survival and foraging (15).

I can say this much though, I have probably spent more time reading the wiki and searching for info about the game than I have played, but admittedly, I do not know everything....yet!

I am from Chicago, play some mornings Central time (9a-noon), and/or alot in the evenings (6p-1a). Older (36).

Really don't mind starting out from the ground up and getting to know some decent people who are not 2D ego-maniacs and love to get attention any way they can. I am here for the social aspect, not to get some delusional idea that I am really the character and I actually get something for killing a person 2 days into the game.

Not a care-bear but not a douche-bag either.

This is my first post so if there is anything else you need to know...

.o/

P.S. Yes, atleast a palisade with plans on constructing brick, and better yet, brick plus palisade would be ideal...yes I know, it really would be ideal, wouldn't it.

Cool sounds good. Been on the irc and, well, it's a bit underwhelming. Too much baby babble.

Keep in touch. I've had a few pm's and two instant invites in irc which I passed on.

Thanks. I read some of jordancoles' posts and hope he will give me a go. I'm game really for any person/group who enjoys humor and the game itself.

I was thinking, too bad there isn't a pve server so someone like me could learn before getting killed with only the newb stuff equipped (which happened today).

Anyways, still wandering.

Best way to learn how to defend yourself is through trial and error really
