Newish player looking for home.

I'm new to the game, i got it yesterday and hvae logged like, 6 hours online.
I dont like any of the Black skills.
I live in the Eastern Standard Time zone.
I play 0-4 hours a day usually.
I prefer jobs that keep me out of combat, unless someone will teach me how the system works, as i have 0 understanding of this games battle system.
I refuse to be treated like a slave. I WILL do things on the side of my assigned job, im not going to farm materials for 8 hours a day.
I dont Skype, i have Teamspeak and Ventrilo, but i have no working headsets.
I will be making a new character for any village that invites me, i want to keep my hermits, hermits.
I have no trading experience, but its something i want to learn.

I'd more guess its because a fresh character takes a fair amount of time and investment until you are a real asset to a village. You plan on splitting your time between your hermits and your new character, most villages want commitment. And lastly, the majority of the hnh population uses skype.
