Looking for Village!

Hey, I'm searching for a average-sized village for me and my friend. We start playing about a year ago but then something happened and we had to quit for a few months, but now we're back and searching for a new village! We don't want a humongous village filled with a bunch of pro's or anything like that, we prefer more of a small village that has some experienced noobs(A few pro's couldn't hurt, though.) and that actually NEEDS our help. We also don't want a group of overly-mature killjoy people. We enjoy immaturity from time to time.

Here's a little information on us:
Time zone: GMT -8 (Although I'm not looking mainly for villages around my time zone)
Experience: Quite some. (Not exactly a pro yet, though, there's room for improvement.)
Played since: July 17, 2011
Average amount of time logged in: Varies. (I can be on all day as long as there's someone else with me on)
Character: Starting fresh.
Job: Practically anything you want me to do. (Within reason)
