Looking to start a village

Hoping for about 5 people at first to create a decent village with.

Requirements:
-New Character. It helps to have everyone on the same page to begin with so that no one feels left out.
-Don't grief. The last thing a new village needs is a Ranger knocking down the front door.
-Pick a proffesion.
-Don't be a jerk.
