Brand new player, looking for helpful village!

Postby tengolibro » Sat Jun 23, 2012 12:56 pm

Hello, I am trying to get into this game, and I think it would be a lot more fun to do with a group of friends :D . I don't really have any experience with this game, so any help to get me started would be appreciated! If anyone is currently in a village that needs/wants a new member, I would be glad to join, even if I don't have any skills yet.
Age: 18
Experience: None
Job: Anything
Timezone: Central Time Zone
Active: Every day if someone needs me!
If anyone is interested, please pm me on how meet in-game, thanks.

Tengo, you sound like a great guy, but there are risks involved with inviting an unknown person. That's why there are so few replies.

Once you make a positive reputation for yourself, you'll have an easier time getting invites.

Also a new player. Tending towards a peaceful deposition.
Age: 24
Timezone: UTC -6 (moving to UTC +1 in a couple months)

Speak fluent English only. I can get on voice chat programs for specific needs. Can play minimum 1 hour a day but usually more depending on workload. Will be on in mornings to set new curiosities but will play in evenings usually.

Character age: ~1.5 weeks
Strength - 16
Agility - 12
Intelligence - 13
Constitution - 10
Perception - 13
Charisma - 10
Dexterity - 15
Psyche - 11

Unarmed - 1
Melee - 1
Marksmanship - 6
Exploration - 11
Stealth - 1
Sewing - 1
Smithing - 1
Carpentry - 9
Cooking - 1
Farming - 12+4
Survival 2

If I move to a village, I have a decent amount of LP stashed away in my claim (seems to be a lot to me at least) Currently a hermit. I saw one person boating past me the entire time I was here so I'm tired of playing singleplayer on an MMO. I know where my current location is so I can travel wherever specified.

I too am new here and would like to at least play with some other people. I don't mind gathering, harvesting, cooking ...whatever really. Just would like someone to chat with while doing it. Age 31, time zone EST and usually on 2 or 3 times a day currently. I only saw one person so far while boating and they didn't stop to say hello :(
