Recruiting people to join a nice little settlement/town.

A little overview of the settlement:
Our little settlement residing on a great and excellent terrain and area, peaceful and quite, away from everything and in the middle of nowhere.
We are a few people and we built a nice little settlement, includes 3 private estates, farms, chicken coops, and much much more, we are looking for honest respectful players with experience in H&H, we aren't looking for something specific, we accept all! farmers, hunters, miners ETC... everyone are welcome.
we are mostly looking for farmers, cooks, and hunters, yeah mostly farmers.

Everyone can choose to live on their own in the area with everyone else or you can choose to team up with anyone (if he's willing) and live together, work together to survive and have a place to live peacefully.
Our vision is to create a little community and further on in the future maybe and expand as a village, the area the settlement is located at is just great and the settlement itself provides an easy-fast beginning providing much LP and help that is needed for the new settlers.
Stay as much neutral as we can and avoid extra useless violence, stay the natives of our lands and oppress only if we are oppressed in the first place, create a peaceful community of farmers, hunters, miners ETC... and stay strong as a boulder, the settlers must get a long with each other, violent and unpleasant players... will not progress and will be expelled from the settlement, will suffer from sanctions from other members and will be banned by the surrounding players, wont get any help etc...
