You put his "secret code" in when you talk to the guy in the upper left corner of the character creation room.

The only thing is, why would someone want to kill a character that was just created? They don't gain anything from it but a set of noob clothes and a murder scent. And even if they do, why do you care?, you just created the character so you didn't lose anything.
