I searching players for one place (pali) is a medium village , but secure , we have 4 or 5 houses , is for noobs and medium players (not killers or problematic players) , and I can help to new players in the village (equip and curios maybe) and can exchange interesting stuffs

then we need

farms,
miners,
cooks,
silk farmers lol,
hunters and
foragers

I'm a player from long time ago (year or so?) and I'm looking to reenter the game. I've played or helped out as everything on your list except silk farmer, miner or (possibly) smith, most often working as farmer/forager/hunter/ all round whatever was needed.

Believe it or not, many place goes down the drain because the head cook/farmerwhatever has a few weeks off and there is noone to step up as a mediocre but decent replacement, I usually filled that role

So, if you got a place for me starting a new character in your village, I'd like to hear it, plus what you'd like me to specialize in (if needed)
