Looking for a Village

I am interested in getting back into Haven and Hearth, and as such I am looking for a village to join. I will post some basic information about myself bellow, please send me a PM if you are interested.

Experience

I have played Haven and Hearth in the past, however I would still say I am somewhat new to the game. I mostly either played by myself or with some real life friends, during which I played primarily as a hunter/forager. I know all the basics of the game and I am fairly self sufficient, with that said however I will probably need some time to get the hang of the game again.

Why am I looking for a Village?

I am looking for a village because I feel that this game is best played with others. In my opinion the game can become boring when playing alone, I really enjoy being apart of a group and working together to achieve different goals.

What type of village am I looking for?

Preferably I would wish to join a village consisting of people around my age group. I would like to join a village consisting of experienced members that are willing to help myself out while I am getting the hang of the game again. I would like the village to have some fairly active members. As to how established the village is, I am willing to join a village that is still very much not established and very new.

But in all honesty I am primarily looking for a good group of people to enjoy the game with.

What Jobs do I prefer?

I enjoy the hunting/foraging aspect of the game, I can't say I am big on farming/crafting at this time. On the other hand, I am willing to help out in any job that the village needs help with.

Communication

I have a microphone and I am more than willing to use it, any VOIP program is fine but I prefer ones that allow push to talk.

Additional

I wouldn't pay to much attention to my time zone. I say this because I play the game at very strange hours, usually either extremely early in the day or late at night for myself. This usually puts me within the US time zones. A typical day would see myself playing for a couple of hours on average, with 1 hour being the minimum.

I like this, I will speak to my lawspeaker about you, we were looking for a forager so we may be interested. How dedicated to working are you? as in will you contribute well to the group?

Hey, It is my intention to contribute to the group. Although I don't think I will be that useful initially, as I will be starting a new character, I have the intention of trying my best to be a valuable member of a group. I am on a long holiday break right now and as such I believe I will be able to dedicate a fair amount of time to progressing my character and becoming a valuable hunter/forager for any group willing to have me.

Don't worry bud I had the same experience, the only use I had was as a lumberjack collecting wood for the palisade, I'm only about two weeks experienced with this group as well so I am relatively new, I know my group as friendly and I am on-line almost daily so you can always ask me for help. I honestly after reviewing your post don't see any reason for you not to be part of it, except one thing. If you don't mind me asking is this your first forum account?

No this is not my first forum account. I had forgotten my old account information as it was some time ago, unfortunately I had that account tied to a Hotmail email address which has since been deleted. As such I can't retrieve my old log in information, thankfully I didn't really lose anything seeing as my characters were deleted with the old world. I can't really say I was an active member of the forum, I am mainly a lurker when it comes to forums.

Aside from that if there are any issues you or your lawspeaker foresee, you both are more than welcome to talk to me about it.
