Starting a village [recruitment put on hold]

Hello, my name is John. I'm looking to start recruitment for my small little village. If you are interested, send me a pm.
we are looking for hunters/foragers, farmers. but we are not very picky about what you want to do.
Requirements for our village:
we do not have an age range as how old you are doesn't matter as long as you don't throw tantrums.
must be able to speak english fluently and understand it too.
must be prepared to work as part of a team in the aformentioned jobs.
we do not steal in our village as all resources are shared.
we are looking for someone who will play at least 2 hours during the day (this means we would expect to see what you have done regularly) we don't expect miracles but just some consistency in your work.
must have a good sence of humor.
weekends we would expect 3-4 hours. if you can play longer would be better but this is the minimum we would require.
must have skype and use it regularly and be wiling to voice chat.
We use a crossroads sytem for getting outside of the village. A key will not be made available to anyone.
What we do not want:
someone who eats curios and logs out with no work being done.

someone who expects someone else to do the jobs that they have signed up for.
