Building new village. Looking for people.

Im playing since w4, have enough experience. Me and my friend start building new village.
It will be average sized village (up to 10 people), with double brickwall, in relatively secure place.
Im planing to make high quality manufacturing soon. We will have some plots, 1-3 people per plot.
I will teach inexperienced players.
I cannot say we will be absolute peaceful village, probably no, but it will not be raiders village for sure.
