Bad newbie players.

Hello,
like in topic. I moved some time ago to my old place, and what i found there? A few groups of newbies.
Some of them are normal players who want to achive something, but some are REALY annoying.
They are stealing boats, and making angry me and the other newbies. Should i kill them all?

If they steal, claim the area. IF they STILL steal, then grab the scent summon them and execute them on the spot.

Zero tolerance for crappy neighbors.
