Looking for a village!

Postby Feedzor » Tue Apr 30, 2013 12:58 am

Hey,
I am looking to join a village. I want to start a new character and want to learn agriculture.
I've played a few months last summer and know the basics and a bit more.
Now the lag is gone, I'd like to start fresh. I live in Europe by the way.
Regards

Have you considered trying Brodgar? I've been learning how to play the game recently (instead of constantly meta gaming city construction), and I find it pretty fun. Lot's of nice people who will help you out with seeds and various things. Some risk of theft/murder, but there are strong players around who track scents now, so it's a fair bit better than earlier.

Brodgar is a good place to start. You get a plot in the city for free, to build anything on. Be creative. You have tons of neighbours who are probably willing to help, and many rangers who will help the city out.

Just set up in Brodgar myself, it seems like a pretty good place.
Yes, I am a Wizard.

I might do that I guess.. I wanted to look for a small group of people who already play together for a longer time.
It seems like Brodgar is mostly for starting up and helping the new players, which is something I applaud. But I don't really see myself as that kind of player.
