Say what you want, but we ALL use alt's for many reasons, claim spy's, decoy's, or down right entertainment purposes i.e. fucking with D Bags out side there pali wall because they are to scared to come and fight like men. I'm not saying not to fix it, but limiting the number of alts wouldn't be the best route in my opinion. On the other hand, putting a selected amount of time between alt spawns would fix this problem, even with numerous accounts. One would have a lot harder time to login to different accounts to spawn a shit load of alts.

I see what you mean but most people do have separated accounts for their alts so limiting it to an account would not help much I don't think. IP is needed which makes it even harder and less likely.

Just had an idea... Instead of limiting the number of alts a person can have limit the time the person can spawn a new alt. Let's say after 1 hour of creating a new alt you can create another or something like that. Have a warning that you can't spawn a new alt so soon so new players won't wonder wtf is going on.

Having multiple accounts would be a way of getting around this, so maybe 1 new alt per ip address or something...

Or how freshly spawned alts had access to AD village claim as soon as they got in a party with DIS? Or why one of the stolen characters was tracked to APXEOLOG's vault? it could be. but imagine: you should spawn 5 alts on every minimap every hour. typical village usually have access to nearest 8 minimaps, you can just make spawn HF outside in nearest minimap.
