Thieves, Goons, and Pirates

Postby Shayne » Sun Jun 09, 2013 11:05 pm

My two buddy's and I decided to start up our village on an island thinking that we would be safe from goons, we were wrong. While we were sleeping some jokers though it necessary to steal every single object from new players with only one house and no yeomanship. They even stole the table from inside our house. This is the problem with having so many people from different countries playing on one server. You can be robbed by butt pirates when you don't even have a chance to defend yourself. Whoever stole from us you are absolute scum. Why waste your time doing multiple boat trips there and back stealing low level loot.

Edit: I now realize that it is more likely that the stuff was just demolished instead of stolen. In my opinion it is even worse.

Seeing as how only thieves, goons and pirates play this game perhaps it's not the wisest decision to accuse and therefore antagonize everyone else in the world as you are starting out. It's hard enough for me already and now I'm accused of a crime I didn't commit, just because you feel entitled to a false sense of security.

Try building far away from rivers and important looking resources next time. I'm not asking you to dig a hole and hide in it too, but that's certainly an option.

sorry m8, nobody stole/broke anything from ya.

you knew about yeomanry and didn't get that before putting down roots.

In H&H, if it's not claimed then it's public domain.

and though your post count is 4, i'm willin to bet this isn't your fist time in the forums.

Chalk it up to a learning exp and get a P-claim. Also, you might wanna move, as if they read the forums, they'll be back.

I wouldn't say only thieves, goons and pirates play this game, the majority of people I have met have been good and decent people.

Still, every next world is more mean than the previous one. That's my, uh, theory.
