So, during the night my underground base was completely destroyed - everything is gone - buildings, belongings, even the furniture -

It was partly my own fault, I messed up with the wall on one side, not leaving enough room near the entrance tiles to finish the brickwall, therefore the palisade was all that was there and it was bashed. I still have my idol, which is completely b/walled and my mansion - but that's it.

I had stopped work on the brickwall to concentrate on the mining project, I was also stock piling bricks to build a zig-zag wall to completely close it off, but as i'm always saying to everyone myself - security should come first, so I only have myself to blame.

I haven't tracked yet, at work, but I will later. So, no clue to who is reponsible atm - feel free to own up and save me the trouble.

I'd just like to say one thing to the raiders: Stealing is one thing, but to destroy absolutely everything in the base and leave me, or anyone, with nothing is just plain nasty.

I believe in karma, so fingers-crossed!

No pics i'm afraid - nothing to show anyway, just loads of scents - don't think i'll stop playing though - I'm a survivor!

Update:

The village is called 'Rest in Pussy' -

I have nothing to offer to seek any kind of revenge so i'm just going to post their base as a warning to anyone else in the area.

It would appear they came through the cave system to mine, it was secure at one point, or so I thought but the cave is massive and it's been awhile since I checked. Still, lessons to be learnt for myself and others from this event.

I think I gave a warning to one of your fisherman to move off the river system a few days ago. We noticed lack of floatsams around. It was nothing personal, you were just too close man.

Edit: We smashed your stuff because we found more valuable things walking through the cave than we did in your base. Also to help you along to move.

Sorry, the fisherman was within a few minimaps of your base so I assumed it was from there. We use that lake also.

You really should, we'll just be back eventually. We've put a lot of effort into keeping people off the river system. I don't want to waste the effort of building leantos outside of your walls, and you don't want to have to check them every day.

Edit: And that cave system is the worst, it goes on for miles and has at least 10 entrances that connect.
