I'm not the best at writing stories but today I got to do my first bit of rangering.

I found some 2 tick theft scents in a small hermitage that is in my area so I decided to track it myself.
I managed to find the perp's base but it was palisaded and I'm not even close to bashing strength.

I did notice an unblocked minehole however, so I went searching for a cave.

A few moments later I found one



I could see their ladder from inside but it was a stretch


I began to mine







It took a while but I finally got inside







I left the gate open to teach you a lesson about stealing


I also looted another key but couldn't seem to find out where it goes to

I wouldn't call this rangering unless the hermit who was initially stolen from actually asked you to do this - as far as I can see you're just a more successful thief than the guy who left the initial scents ^^

Actually, being a ranger is tracking criminal scents down and summoning the perpetrators, no matter what the victim says. He didn't say he's a good-doing ranger, just a ranger.
