Hungary, Austria, Sweden, Norway, Denmark don't use day/month/year, rest of Europe does.
Only the US uses month/year/date.

Hey, I did one of these, not sure why some people are being dicks about it, some people like to read... I'd include some screens if I were you, and not sure why it's in congress either
