You post bounty but offer no reward for killing said fugitive. Your reason why we should hunt these individual: "Why not?". From a practical point-of-view you probably won't expect much results, if any, for risking their lives other than their own personal gain or personal safety. Also your PR needs work.

i do it the post only for make public people who deserves die , like in w6, when a lot of players want kill waffles or saxony.. im not give a shit if someone can kill guys :p i do it for the lulz :3 <3
