Pretty sure using alt accounts for trade scamming has been considered against the rules before for flagrant multi time abuse. At the very least the original trader name was revealed in the event I'm thinking of if I remember correctly.

Mods would have to IP check and get lucky to catch em without a proxy for it to matter though.

Mmmm, is this a second account that was used to scam out of the same village? Or was this an old event?

Zachary is not Zachary09's ingame name of his main. Just sayin', and if he made a new account just to do the trade, I'm sure he wouldn't name himself zachary.

He posted in-game chats, village names, and screenshots of the entire thing. I'm not sure how much more proof you want. Whether this information leads to Zachary09 or not is hard to say but OP isn't accusing others without basis.

i think it looks bad for people especially a mod to say that there is a basis for this accusation, unless you have more information than me
fyi, i dont even know Zachary09 in game, but there is no actual evidence against him presented here
