If it were me, I'd buy a shewbread from the forums or whatever, get 70-100k LP and then extend my p claim as large as it will possibly go
Then move ;)

My standard reply to these threads is this. if they were capable of "evicting" you don;t you think they already would have? Also: if you are incapable of defending yourself then your character probably isn;t very advanced and as such dying wouldn;'t be a huge thing, you can probably relevel everything to the point it's at now in a couple of days. So in short? ignore them.

No. There are two methods to getting to a village from far away:
1) Manually travel there
2) Destroy your hearthfire and just teleport them. You can be oathed into a village by kinning the chief or lawspeaker in your kin list and then having them invite you through party. After that you'll have access to the village and village teleportation. Without a hearthfire, teleporting to your village is always possible.

If you want to keep your stuff and your stats then just walk away.

If you want to join a village anyway, find one to join.

They can't kill you if you haven't committed summonable crimes (unless they catch you online... possible they'll camp your place). If you really want to keep a few of your stats and LP, buy swimming, drown yourself, and spawn at the village with an inherited character*, but this is probably as much effort as walking/boating towards the village.

I've certainly ran a few players out of the immediate area by doing various nefarious things that don't leave scents or used alts to ruin nodes. There's a lot they can do to make life difficult if you do stay. There's a lot you can do to harass them back, such as locating any nearby nodes and destroying them (bring plenty of water). You may need Vandalism on a character to do this, though, and that'll run you about 200k LP total to buy all necessary skills.

You could also find your location on the map and hire someone to come murder them. I'm not sure anyone is bored enough yet to find a random place to raid/gank anyone, but there could be.

*Use the runestone in the character creation room to inherit a dead characters LP and stats. You can use a HS to spawn instead of spawning at your old location. Also, LP are bugged until you log out and back in or spend some LPs on skills/attributes.

Make an alt, try to find and talk with them. At least get to know who is that. If you cant find them - wait for them with the alt, for those 3 days get the ability to pick up scents and push your exploration for max you can. When they come to your alt, be nice, meaby they will let you stay. If not, go on total asshole rampage insulting. You want them to kill this alt. Pick scents and find where they live. Then you move out. At the end if you know in which place on world map you are. Post your coords here. You never know who will come to take scents and what he will do with it.

Forget about fighting them. Just never forget the fuckers. There is allways time for revange. Let it bloom in you. Survive, get stronger and learn.

____
Going 20 min by boat should do the job.

Next time make friends with neighbours.

That's my noob advice. ;)

If you're attached to your land and willing to work to secure it, buckle down and make a wall and claim.
If not, but you enjoy playing solo, I'd say move to a more secluded location (find a different river system unconnected to yours and settle far inland).
Otherwise its probably best to join a village. You'll make friends and learn about haven faster even in the worst of villages.

Best of luck
