thats why most games permaban players who do such things

but here there is a basically a subforum allocated for using bots and the moderators are the ones who will help you to set them up :p

I used macros a lot in wurm because like this game it has a lot of boring grinding but they still had simple checks in place and banned anyone they caught macroing because otherwise it just sucks for the people who play legit obviously as a player I don't really care about that but from a overall game perspective I can see how allowing/encouraging botting is bad for the game in general

Wurm has a lot of grinding, with the curio system in place, this game does not. But I remember those days, having 6 clients all auto clicking to mine.
I eventually got banned for the small trees mod.

There's a subforum called Wizards Tower and that's about modding and coding...and thus you're even free to post bot stuff...

Oh noes it's the bad bad bad moderators forcing the use of Bots

I guess my stance on botting is clear for everyone to see but that doesn't mean i'm not interested in coding ... having an Open source client is an added value to HnH which sure makes some people stay - and it's not the Tool (or the Coder) but the way you're using it can make it a perversion...

If Mods let bots go on, and the players don't like it. Why not make a new world that's better developed to not allow bots to function, or even allow the application to run. Rye, you use bots so that you can better yourself, you don't use bots to enjoy the content because you're not playing the game.

Mods are Moderators for the forums only - we aren't GMs as there aren't any - only the Devs rule what's going on on the server ...

...before you go on with assumptions and suggestions you might read around the forums a lot more - you even might get a clue about the Devs stance towards botuse and banning...
