I think this game really died when the devs implemented a shit skullstuff that is useless and can be only made killing more and more people. In my opinion the only way to transform the game in something playable is to change permadeath and war orientation. I dont know... make a sistem that let players choose if they wanna fight or not. LOL to hack accounts for the win is not honorable. Honestly, think about start banning people like this and change the game orientation.
