Even though it's general practice to leave a ram at the gate when flipping a village, we decided that because Kaizo was our first customer, we'd port him the current set of keys as well!
A no pain no gain alt was dispatched immediately and the trade went smooth

I dream of a world where villages are flipped with ease and where people are able to buy and sell at the drop of a hat!

Sadly, some villages take a little more effort than others in order to make the trade...
Sometimes, you must put in a little more effort so that the client will be satisfied.

Luckily we're just the people for the job!

I heard stories of a magical level 3 vault owned by the traitorous Tkearns.
Work began quickly and minehole materials were gathered overnight.


After we had the materials needed, I ran my yolo alt to the construction site.

What do you know, we found the ruins of an old settlement!

Around this time, I was getting bored of the solo-yolo so I called in some No Pain No Gain alts.
They cost a little more than your average grunt, but it's worth it in the end.

A little Jorb-dust sprinkled on the locks and we're in!


There were a few ports inside, one apparently led to a q91 kiln but it was blocked from the other side

We decided to do a little renovating as it would seem that taking the lawspeaker of this place might be harder than I had originally hoped.


We had to do some plotting.


The previous owner was willing to message the Traitor Tkearns over skype.
He asked for Tyler to pick up these keys he found down there on and old alt of his, and this happened.


The no pain no brain alts immediately sprung into action and the lawspeaker was then left skidding across the cave floor!
Sometimes you need to get a little crafty to get what you want I suppose

And the best part of all?
THE VILLAGE IS NOW UP FOR SALE!

Strangely enough, the buyer didn't want the base itself. He simply requested that we destroy the idol and bring back the skull.
