Sure cool to name a place in NW after a penisula in SE europe because there was trades in history
My anatolian friends prolly will have a good laugh with that.

Well, I dont have any friend from there, but I think we should respect history and inheritance. Theirs and from other cultures too.
There where not just trades in history there, it was the biggest trade hub known 2000 years before Christ.
All over the world there was ppl that wanted to conquer them because of their wealth and the culture this wealth brought, so their hard work made them a wanted peach that lead them to many wars and masacres. It does look to me like it happens in H&H, ofc this is only my humble opinion and Im sure it happened too in other places and times.

Also you can propposse another names stating their merits. There is no need of saying ppl would laugh at what I think.

I'm sorry Cranny - i wasn't saying anyone would laugh about you or your suggestion ! Just saying my friends would find it funny to have a community place in a nordish setting named Anatolia.

I'm fully aware that you had good intentions to suggest a name with a long history.

ART WORK

So i'm looking for something to decorate the trade area...central area is relatively large...and something perhaps between the walls.

any ideas or sugegstions welcomes. doesn't need to be just brickart...even other designs using trees, etc would be nice.
