Looking through the code, didn't see anything keyloggy. Also didn't notice pathfinding but didn't look very hard so beware of it getting stuck on stuff if you use it.

That's why it has a "waypoint" feature so that you don't need a pathfinder, you make a path and the bot follows it and creates a new script with that path and collects curious along the way.

I know how the bot works. What happens when it spots a curio on the other side of the ridge? It sits there stuck trying to get it for 1212948124 hours.

first off, lumberin logs to and fro, is not gonna increase your stats like foraging will(unless you put a log in your ars. . . I mean your curio bank)

secondly, I never said it was ok to use said bot, just I can see why people do. if your gonna quote me boy, make damn sure you get it right.

but here ya go, since ya can't remember:
"if your using bots to do the "mundane" chores(log harvesting/moving) I don't like bots, but I can see how this one helps LOADS."

Foraging is pretty mundane.

when you're out foraging you can theoretically meet other people, which is not always mundane

I cant wait until all of this idiocy is obsolete

  • We wish to increase the level of playfulness in the game.
  • We wish to decrease the at times mechanistic feel of character development and progression, and attempt to introduce more meaningful differentiation along qualitative rather than quantitative lines.
  • We wish to paint more vivid and varied pictures of nature in general.

I was just pretending and I don't even playing anymore. I wouldn't even try using bots because it is too much of a trouble.
